Sanitisation Services
 
     
 
Research and experience has shown that regular sanitisation of your water cooler is an important factor in ensuring that the quality of the water dispensed is maintained at optimum.  Germs can enter the semi-sealed system through the taps or bayonet thereby compromising the cleanliness of the system.

Our water cooler sanitisation programme comprises:

  • The sanitisation of the internal water reservoir.
  • The sanitisation of the bayonet and valve reservoir closure.
  • The sanitisation or replacement of the tap(s)
  • Checking full operation of the cooler
  • Taste test of water following servicing

  • Clean external surfaces
  • If you have a Cooler with a replaceable Watertrail then during sanitisation the Watertrail is replaced with a new one, ensuring that all water contact surfaces and components are replaced.
 
     
 

The frequency of sanitisation or exchange of a water cooler will be on an average a thirteen-week cycle.

Whilst it is not recommended, sanitisation can be undertaken by yourself.  We can provide detailed instructions relevant to your cooler type and can provide a kit of parts.  However responsibility for the cleanliness of the cooler then rests with yourself.
