In order to fulfil our contractual duties to you we require the following information in order to deliver, service and invoice you :

Usage of Personal Data

The personal data mentioned above is held on our Swithland Spring Water operated server. Server backups are made to encrypted hard drives to maintain data security. A paper copy of all contracts are kept in a locked cabinet at our office. Swithland Spring Water do not share or distribute any Personal Data that is provided to us. Personal Data shall be erased either upon your request, or when it is determined that the information is no longer required for the maintenance of business relationships.

Accuracy of Personal Data

Swithland Spring Water will take reasonable steps to ensure all Personal Data held is accurate and up to date. If you aware of a change that needs to be made to the information we hold please inform us and we will update our records.

All personal data held by Swithland Spring Water has been provided to us to facilitate the maintenance of business relationships. No further action is required to confirm consent for Swithland Spring Water to hold the Personal Data above. If you wish to have your Personal Data erased please contact us.
