Our Water Cooler sanitisation programme comprises:
- The sanitisation of the internal water reservoir
- The sanitisation of the bayonet and valve reservoir closure
- The sanitisation or replacement of the tap(s)
- Checking full operation of the cooler
- Taste test of water following servicing
- Clean external surfaces
- If you have a Cooler with a replaceable Watertrail then during sanitisation the Watertrail is replaced with a new one, ensuring that all water contact surfaces and components are replaced.
The frequency of sanitisation or exchange of a Bottled Water Cooler will be on an average, Quarterly with a Plumbed in Mains Fed Machine being Sanitised on a
6 monthly basis (Including the important Filter Change) Whilst it is not recommended, sanitisation can be undertaken by yourself. We can provide detailed instructions relevant to your cooler type and can provide a kit of parts. However responsibility for the cleanliness of the cooler then rests with yourself.
